Easy to understand to use while working different locate of greenhouse

This was my first time buying from Govee. I ordered two thermometer/hygrometers with Bluetooth. Shipping/delivery didn’t take too long. They finally arrived. One of the units was inside its own plastic bag inside of the main bag. It had a dent on the corner. That one was fine and works well. The second box was damaged. It looked like it had been ripped open and taped back together. It looked like a return possibly. This didn’t happen in shipping as the bag was completely sealed. So it was sent from Govee in that shape. The unit inside was also damaged. The damage wasn’t huge, however I paid for 2 new products and paid $45! I emailed customer support. Took a few days to get a reply. They said they’d refund me 20% and then asked if the damaged unit worked. I told them I paid for 2 brand new products and only received one in new condition(even though its box was dented too.) I said I wanted a refund for the price of a single unit & a replacement unit sent. They never replied to me at all. So I resent the email complete with photos. They replied and finally agreed to send a replacement free of charge. They told me I could keep the damaged one, which I don’t want. No refund was offered. So I agreed to the replacement and they’ve sent it. Still waiting for it’s arrival. It should be here by the end of the week. We’ll see what shape it’s in. They need to improve how they package and send items. It wasn’t the shipping companies fault. Regardless of the shape it’s in, I won’t buy from Govee again.

Very accurate and great to see all the rooms

I got this at a discounted price However, even if I paid the full price I would say this is a strong product. The display showing temperatures were designed very well and can be viewed from all the angles. Icing on the cake is how I can get all logged data from the Hygrometer to my phone whenever I want and see the averas thoughout the day.
I appreciate govee team for including the batteries which made the whole experience seamless.
