1. There will be no additional charges or fees. Govee e-Gift Cards are sent to you, tax-free, via your provided email. Your e-Gift Card will be sent within 24 hours of purchase. If your order includes multiple e-Gift Cards, each one will be sent in a separate email that you can then forward or print out for the recipient.
2. Coupons or discounts cannot be applied to e-Gift Card purchases. If other products are included in your order, the coupon value will apply only to those items. Sales tax will not be applied to e-Gift Card purchases. Tax will apply only to other products purchased, if any.

1. Does Govee offer physical Gift Cards?

Currently, Govee is only offering e-Gift Cards. We believe it's a more quick and convenient option for our customers.

2. What if my e-Gift Card is not sent within 24 hours of my purchase?

Please email support@govee.com. Our support team will help to resend your e-Gift Card as quickly as possible.

3. How can I check my e-Gift Card balance?

The current balance of your e-Gift Card(s) will be visible on the top right of your order’s details page in your account.
