Great product!

I recently got the Govee Curtain lights and after figuring how I wanted to mount them up, I really love the look. The app is easy to use (I use it also for 8 other Govee lights I have) and the results have impressed all my neighbors. From too close, it's hard to see the shapes but when you look from the street, the overall effect is great. I did figure out my own way to connect the bottom of the strings to maintain their equal distance all the way down. It would be great if Govee found a way to include some type of spacers that clipped at the bottom to give you the cleanest install. They really think outside the box on their products and I will keep purchasing!

No smooth color transitions

Before setting up with the app, there is a beautiful, smoothly transitioning color patter playing over the curtain. Once you set up with the app, you cannot set up any smooth color transition presets. Only scenes that move and look gaudy, and diy stuff, and solid colors. No transitions between colors, not control over the timing of color transitions, and if those transitions are immediate or smooth. It feels like it ignores the basics with what you would want with one of these devices, and just goes straight to less useable, more specific gifs, I just want some smooth rainbow transitions, and to control the direction, speed and timing. That’s all.
