3 pack GoVee H5075 bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Data Loggers

We purchased directly from GoVee website. Order processing was great and product arrived to our home by Canada Post 3 days later. The sensors look and feel like a very good quality product. After two weeks of use, all three sensors continue to work flawlessly and the App on the phone is extremely easy to use. Plug and Play at its finest!
Out of the box all three sensors were fairly accurate with similar readings as compared with a reference TESTO Smart sensor!. The App on the phone allows the user to easily re-calibrate the GoVee devices to match your reference Temperature and Humidity source. Note that the three devices only needed some minor adjustments to match the TESTO reference. This was easily accomplished through the App on the phone. Overall, it's a pretty amazing performance considering the low cost of these devices!
After two weeks of testing and general use, It appears that all the key factors are there to indicate that these sensors are reliable & accurate and that they should continue to function admirably well over the long term. Great value for the money!

My purchase was damaged

This was my first time buying from Govee. I ordered two thermometer/hygrometers with Bluetooth. Shipping/delivery didn’t take too long. They finally arrived. One of the units was inside its own plastic bag inside of the main bag. It had a dent on the corner. That one was fine and works well. The second box was damaged. It looked like it had been ripped open and taped back together. It looked like a return possibly. This didn’t happen in shipping as the bag was completely sealed. So it was sent from Govee in that shape. The unit inside was also damaged. The damage wasn’t huge, however I paid for 2 new products and paid $45! I emailed customer support. Took a few days to get a reply. They said they’d refund me 20% and then asked if the damaged unit worked. I told them I paid for 2 brand new products and only received one in new condition(even though its box was dented too.) I said I wanted a refund for the price of a single unit & a replacement unit sent. They never replied to me at all. So I resent the email complete with photos. They replied and finally agreed to send a replacement free of charge. They told me I could keep the damaged one, which I don’t want. No refund was offered. So I agreed to the replacement and they’ve sent it. Still waiting for it’s arrival. It should be here by the end of the week. We’ll see what shape it’s in. They need to improve how they package and send items. It wasn’t the shipping companies fault. Regardless of the shape it’s in, I won’t buy from Govee again.
