had a problem while after purchase of my new(4th set) of curtain lights...contacted Govee customer service ...very good help ....was told what was required to let them-verify -know condition/problem, and within the week had a new replacement sent to me.
Rep on contact was very pleasant to communicate with and also had some suggestions to check first to possible fix problem. On testing still same problem so was told how to proceed for replacement

Lots of fun, bright and colourful!
Doubled these over to use as a beaded curtain for the door to my bedroom allowing the light show to illuminate both the bedroom and common area. Can’t really used most of the pre-made themes but thoroughly enjoying the music modes and can’t wait for some fun DIY trials now that they’re finally installed! Looks much better in real life than the video portrays.

Good for Christmas
Actually got these lights for Christmas and still playing with them. The graphics are not as sharp as I thought they would be and they scroll faster then I want. Hoping the latter part is a setting they have not yet found. Overall I am happy with them, but not perfect
