Getting the gateway linked to my WiFi was a slight problem as I have a multiple router setup in my house and I ended up having to disable the mesh/extender routers so that only the primary router was online. I also brought the gateway into the same room as the main router, from then I was able to proceed without issue in setting up the gateway to my WiFi, and pairing the associated leak detectors.
By the way contrary to another review below, you are able to rename the leak detectors in the Govee Home app. Simply select the desired leak detector in the app then at the top right you will see a settings icon. Click on the icon and it will take you to a page where you can rename the detector. I renamed them to the location where they were going to be placed (dishwasher, kitchen sink, etc...) and then labelled each detector accordingly using a P-Touch label maker. If the detectors are already paired to the gateway you will have to delete them from the gateway and re-add them one by one as you individually label them. The delete button is at the bottom of the setup page. (The name of the detector in the app does not correspond to the printed number on the bottom of the detector so it is difficult to tell which is which if you have multiple.)
