Lights installed easy, so many options to play with and have a nice backlight for mood setting.
I wished I would have thought about the lighting patterns on a corner mount tv, as they’re not as amazing as the ads with a flat wall mount. Also, I have a sound system under the tv so the mic doesn’t really work so great wit that.

Govee's best TV backlight
I've used several different variations of Govee backlights over the years, and currently have dozens of other Govee products in my house. I am not a fan of the screen-matching stuff with the cameras, I just prefer to set my own static or dynamic backlighting. The neon rope version is by far the best, gives the most even glow. I just wish it came in a longer length for larger TVs. Also, for the past ~6 months or so, none of my Govee products work on wifi anymore. I have to manually connect to each of them one at a time with bluetooth, which is rather irritating. Support has not been helpful in resolving this issue.

Govee RGBIC Neon TV Backlight - T2
A little more tricky to install than you realize, especially if the TV is wall mounted. (I did not want to take down the TV - 85" and out it up again). Doing the calibration was also not so easy to understand when you see the images for 2 cameras in a triangle config. You really need to read thru and see the video a couple of times before it makes sense. Adjusting the colors after watching the video was a lot more simpler. Before that, I was confused why it showed one color on the screen and another on the backlight.
Overall, love it..I don't get as much of an immersive effect with the TV while watching movies etc. as the wall behind my TV is curved (concave), so the light doesn't spread as much as I'd like it to. That's not a fault of the backlight though. The music sync however is bright and vibrant.
I would buy one again at the right price for a second TV.
Govee can't be beat in value for money. Build quality is also solid. Exceeded my expectations.
